Description : Lead the Global Business Services functions including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Revenue Integration. ▪ Responsible for transactional Global Processes and expansion and evolution of these roles into Global Process Owners, working with the organization to build out GPO roadmap. ▪ Work with internal and external customers to understand business requirements, drive supporting processes and establish service level agreements to ensure requirements are understood and met within agreed upon standards ▪ Utilize key performance indicators to measure operating team performance effectiveness and efficiency ▪ Create and evolve outsource strategy and manage external outsource relationship to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement across business processes. ▪ Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with debt covenants. ▪ Develop, implement and interpret financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of the financial statements, including without limitation all financial, accounting and operational reporting of all the company’s subsidiaries. ▪ Manage day to day audit process and relationships with external auditors in all locations. ▪ Directs the development and execution of financial policies, procedures and programs consistent with domestic and international accounting and reporting standards. ▪ Oversee the accounting department and annual budget preparation and manages external auditors in all markets. ▪ Coordinates and manages corporate audit process and resolution of potential issues. ▪ Works with corporate and subsidiary VPs of Finance to maximize cash flow through enhanced forecasting and monitoring return on capital. ▪ Works with internal team, outside vendors and business partners to ensure business service levels are met
Requirements : CPA Required
Bachelor’s degree
15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
• Thorough and complete understanding of GAAP, financial statement preparation and disclosure requirements.
• Corporate policy and governance experience
• Previous experience managing a team with good people management and development attributes
• Strategic thought leadership, and credibility to advise senior leadership.
• Embodies a client service mindset.
• Ability to communicate and influence on complex issues effectively with peers, subsidiary leadership teams, and other key stakeholders.
Very strong business acumen with a financial background across multiple disciplines
• Ability to make well-balanced business decisions, through a finance lens, in the best interest of the enterprise.
While this position operates in an office environment, this role routinely visits other business locations and must be able to move about with limited fatigue and throughout operations. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer, mobile device or other office equipment.
