Description : DIRECTOR – HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING (VIRTUAL/REMOTE)
This Thriving Benefit Brokerage organization is prepared to on-board a Lead Director to contribute to the growth & expansion of their Consulting Team; Virtual/Remote with intermittent travel (15/25%) to client locales in North America.
The incumbent in this role will provide a range of consultative services to clientele in the Human Resources & Benefits Technology arena. This is a leadership position focused on the professional development of their assigned team.

FUNCTIONAL OUTLINE:
 Executes development programs supporting client organization’s succession planning objectives while fostering a highly effective management & leadership structure
 Organize & execute business projects that align with client requirements; managing large complex engagements in a concurrent manner
• Effectively engage with clientele; establish rapport & develop a keen understanding of their needs
• Draw upon personal knowledge, trends & professional expertise to highlight relevant implications for clients
• Facilitate interviews for gathering data, develop work plans & manage budgets while monitoring projects
 Defines challenges via in-depth consultations, team meetings, case framework analysis & applicable strategies
 Break down client challenges into small, manageable segments & identifies factors that affect these issues &, in turn, determines effective & efficient engagement approaches
 Conducts objective research on current market trends, competitors, product demands, & related topics to support critical analysis at an advanced level
 Brainstorms, finalizes & presents recommendations for solutions with ample justification & practical advice
 Fields client & consultant questions to assist in staff development
 Retainer Client Recommendations - Field client questions with minimal support
 Actionable expectations will involve:
• Proactively develop & foster an energizing team environment (esprit de corps)
• Provide guidance to remedy occurring challenges & issues
• Proposes policies & procedures - based upon specific engagement needs
 Manages & leads assigned consulting staff (Delivery Leader)
 Responsible for supervising performance & hiring of consulting team members
 Prepare & approve proposals while allocating project resources & consultants
Requirements : PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
 Office 365 – Intermediate proficiency
 Quantitative Acumen – Skilled at using #’s to make sound business decisions
 Research skills – Advanced proficiency
 Ability to travel 15/25% domestically
 BA/BS (MBA a plus) with experience in HR, HR Technology, Accounting or Consulting
 Professional Designations: SPHR, CEBS, HRIP, CPA, Benefits Broker License, etc. – A Plus!
