The Manager, Digital Strategy will play a critical role in supporting our digital strategy of our Kidney Care products / services with a focus on creating an end-to-end human centered, digitally powered experiences. In this position, you will play a key role on a team responsible for advancing CVS Kidney Care’s ability to deliver differentiated experiences to our customers and patients. A successful candidate will thrive in a startup environment. This key role will have an instrumental and immediate impact on the business.

This role will have high level exposure as the work will require significant executive presence, presentation development and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority.

Some examples of responsibilities include:

• Lead digital strategic initiative including driving the definition, development and deployment of capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS Kidney Care’s strategic and financial objectives

• You will help identify the next differentiation priorities, lead the definition of requirements for each product, partner with our IT teams through development and deployment, and own the digital strategy for products ongoing.

• Work closely with key business partners to collect requirements, understand and help identify business value, understand required capabilities, and translate these to digital and technical requirements

• Work closely with IT, operations, legal, marketing, customer service, PR and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities. Work with appropriate partners to extend digital solutions across all appropriate digital channels.

• Work to connect data across different programs and databases to enable advanced Personalization and seamless experiences for internal business users with Personalization software
Requirements : Required Qualifications
1. Minimum of 3+ years of required related industry experience in product development / management / strategy within a digital setting
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience with delivering digital customer centric and user experiences.
3.Minimum of 2+ years of experience working cross functionally to align multiple teams and plan roadmaps.
4. Minimum of 1+ years of experience planning and leading digital initiatives
5. Willingness and ability to travel 15% of time.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues
• Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational, management, analytical and people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
• Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Broad understanding of technology and digital concepts
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, and Agile Framework

Bachelor Degree required.
Masters Degree preferred.
