As a VP of Alliances, you will be responsible to build one or more strategic initiatives for o9 Solutions to exponentially accelerate our sales growth. Your primary responsibility is to grow revenue and market presence. You will recruit, develop, and drive strategic relationships with important stakeholders, while setting clear expectations for business success.
You’ll be tasked in building a $100M+ practice with our strategic partners and act as a sparring partner for their top echelon and act as a mentor to strategic Alliance team members. You are key to driving new and innovative revenue streams and can help structure strategic technical deals.


What you’ll do for us…

Own and accelerate long-term strategic initiatives with key global partners. These initiatives will deliver a $100M+ impact and you’ll be engaging with both o9 and partners’ C-suite to help drive results
Build and mentor a strong team to support global initiatives, providing guidance and coaching for each partner vertical
Provide strategic vision and execution for joint go-to-market activities across a mix of channels by leveraging content, internal sales, events, PR, and other campaign strategies
Prioritize and manage partnerships to drive new business opportunities and revenue streams
Learn about emerging market trends to identify potential opportunities and gaps
Maintain and nurture relationships with the partner senior leadership, gaining insights into potential leads and becoming a preferred solution partner
Represent o9 by convincing and retaining partner leaders on a continuous basis while striving for business success
Maintain and expand o9’s executive contact networks at partners
Gain thorough knowledge about the o9 platform and its value to key stakeholders in the supply chain and digital transformation functions
Requirements : What you’ll have…

Experience: 10+ years of experience with executive/consultative sales, Project Management and/or consulting background. Proven track record in the supply chain industry is a must. Experience successfully developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, entrepreneurship or other applicable discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Characteristics: Strategic thinker who can blend consulting, sales and business strategy to drive success in large and complex strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated and thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, and value propositions in supply chain and process optimization.
Disciplined and structured in building out a (global) team to help deliver initiatives
Strong understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts
Tech-savvy with ability to run a software demo, and proficient use of MS Office package, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.com.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and executive relationship building skills
Self-starter attitude, innovative, results-focused and team-oriented with a growth mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
