Job Summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented individual to support strategy across the three business stripes of Onyx. As a member of the Onyx Strategy team, you'll contribute to setting and driving the execution of a cohesive, strategic vision for Onyx by J.P. Morgan.

This role will work in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment to accelerate decision making and will have exposure & visibility to senior management. Types of projects may include developing commercial models for new products / solutions, working with product partners to define “north star” strategic plans, working on corporate development opportunities, and others.

This role is ideal for highly self-motivated individuals who perform well in fast-paced environments and are not afraid to tackle ambiguous situations. Candidates will be responsible for driving or supporting multiple projects. They will work with be responsible for executing on project objectives and deliverables and forming partnerships across teams within Onyx and across broader J.P. Morgan.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Prior work experience in management consulting, strategy, and/or investment banking is preferred
Previous exposure to the technology industry or financial services industry is preferred
Prior people management experience is preferred

The Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packing solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams.
