Description : Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with assigned client groups within the Xfinity Growth, Innovation and Experience organization to provide Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle to drive business objectives and improve employee experience

Core Responsibilities

Serve as a business partner, providing HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to assigned client groups with XGIE
Partner with HR colleagues in the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Programs teams to deliver people solutions
Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and employee experience
Support and facilitate organizational design and development, coaching, and team building that support change and growth
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and support leaders in implementing
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth, individual development plans and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Management Cycle
Support employee engagement efforts throughout the year and actively seek to understand the pulse of employees
Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed and ensure compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies
Participate as an integral member of the extended XGIE HR team and broader HR community
Tailor employee engagement solutions to drive optimal organization performance and effectiveness
Contribute to change efforts for major business initiatives
Requirements : Bachelor's Degree preferred
