As a Lead Contributor within the Internal Strategy function of this thriving Financial Insurance Services firm (quadrupling revenue to over $7B+ the past 10 yrs), the incumbent will conceptualize, assess & advance innovative transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, generate revenue growth, & escalate efficiencies throughout the organization. Engagement with Sr. Executive leadership at the highest levels of the firm will be extensive.

NOTE: Virtual/Remote position with travel to suburban Chicago once a month (3-4 day duration); limited domestic travel of 10 to 20%, with potential opportunities to lead Project Engagement initiatives in Europe, South America, Australia/New Zealand & Asia.

 Lead & orchestrate execution of large-scale strategic operational transformation projects:
o Develop business cases, review/document process improvement hypotheses & perform data analysis to prove/refute
o Analyze and reengineer business processes, with input from management, staff & consulting team members
 Document ‘as-is’ processes & information flows
 Develop ‘to-be’ process flows & process change diagrams to identify needed organizational & workflow changes
 Coordinate development of action plans, including time frame, work to be performed, sequence of events, etc.
 Collaborate in identifying potential ‘improvement opportunity areas’ within business units & corporate functions on domestic & international levels
 Lead initiatives building out & enhancing new products/platforms focused on operational efficiency & automation of deliverables utilized throughout client renewal life-cycle
 Demonstrated strategic acumen; skilled at gathering, synthesizing & analyzing data to obtain logical conclusions
 Strong Change Management/Business Transformation experience
 Ability to travel to internal client sites on an intermittent basis, approximately 3 to 4 days per month

 Well versed at identifying, evaluating & solving challenging business problems
 Strong quantitative & qualitative analysis expertise
 Adept at developing strong working relationships
