The Firm is seeking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead an energetic and engaged team of business professionals that encompass firm operations, finance, IT, talent management, marketing, and diversity and inclusion. The COO will collaborate closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and play a critical role in driving the firmwide strategy.

Requirements : To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree (MBA/JD) is highly desired. Candidates will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role in a professional service setting, preferably in a law firm. We are seeking candidates who can articulate their successes and learning outcomes as related to a firm’s strategic priorities listed above. Demonstrated experience leading executive meetings and communications, along with stakeholder engagement is paramount. The COO will be a leader with gravitas, who can command respect, make decisions, and have strong interpersonal skills to assist with stakeholder and change management.
