The Care Transformation and Innovation team's vision is to be boldly innovative and design the future of patient-centered healthcare. Our objective is to amplify the organizational capacity and capability to redesign care delivery for a care team to achieve better outcomes, efficiently delivered, and digitally enabled. We are looking for a Clinical Leader (MD, Doctoral prepared RN, or a PharmD) with technology and informatics experience who will help lead the design of new technologies to drive care model and care delivery redesign.

This role is established to foster value creation by means of the organization’s data assets and external data ecosystems. This individual must oversee close partnerships with ITG, Google, and other groups to ensure seamless integration and execution of CT&I strategy, technologies, terminologies, and products. The VP will be the direct partner to the IT VP, connected via technological expertise, from proven work experience. This role is a member of CT&I within COG, reports to CT&I leads and is responsible for managing direct reports.

Will adhere to the standard operating procedures of CT&I, including all supportive technologies used to organize and progress work efforts

•Advance agenda of CT&I to drive care transformation with other CT&I functional area leads (e.g., Strategy, Change Management, Operations Excellence, Innovation Hub) to understand the issues and challenges involved in driving change

•Advance agenda of CT&I to drive care transformation with functional areasoutsideof CT&I (ITG, Google, etc.)

•Oversee data and product initiatives across technology partnerships with CT&I with the lens of device interoperability

•Envision and integrate data-enabled strategies to support CT&I vision and goals and enable all forms of CT&I related business outcomes through data analytics, informatics methodologies including taxonomies, and collaborative product development with IT partners

•Oversee product design, data architecture, enterprise data quality, and vendor strategy

•Establish data and analytics governance within the CT&I organization structure

•Interpreting insights from analytics and data sets to CT&I leadership and other functional leaders

•Serve as a SMA in data, product lifecycle, analysis for other functional areas of CT&I Manage and oversee direct reports within DSTI
Requirements : Doctoral Degree with unencumbered clinical license, 15 years experience in healthcare - Required

MBA or similar Master’s degree, and/or 15+ years relevant experience - Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or clinically related field - Required
