The Change Management & Communications Lead will define the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy across Care Transformation & Innovation (CT&I) and supervise its execution and sustainment. This role will lead the Change Management function of CT&I, overseeing a team of supporting Change Management and Communications staff, working together to build and monitor change readiness and deliver smooth change interventions. This role is a member of CT&I within COG, reports to CT&I leads, and is responsible for managing direct reports.

Will adhere to the standard operating procedures of CT&I, including all supportive technologies used to organize and progress work efforts  Develop and execute the ongoing Change Management Strategy for CT&I initiatives  Manage and oversee direct reports that deploy the CT&I Change Management Strategy  Collaborate with other CT&I functional area leads (e.g., Strategy, DTSI, Operations Excellence, Innovation Hub) to understand the challenges of driving change  Oversee the design and execution of the Change Impact Assessment and Change Readiness Assessment frameworks for care model and care delivery initiatives  Oversee the use-adoption/training programs for technology implementations and clinical innovation initiatives  Develop targeted and agile approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition  Develop appropriate metrics to measure impact of change interventions in driving successful change  Analyze stakeholder perspectives as necessary to build targeted Organizational Change Management solutions  Engage key program leaders across CT&I initiatives, and foster leadership alignment and initiative buy-in  Identify and implement tools to manage the CT&I change program and stakeholder engagement activities Communications:  Develop internal and external Communications Strategy to position CT&I as innovation leaders for HCA and within the market  Guide and oversee articulation of CT&I’s value proposition and brand-building within the external marketplace
Requirements : Masters in Industrial or Organizational Psychology or Associated Program Required

10+ years’ experience planning strategy, execution, and measurement of complex behavior change programs including leadership alignment, communications, education, and impact management  Experience in agile operations and/or innovation settings, executive coaching, culture and climate development, and health care preferred  Previous experience as a leader in Organizational Change Management (innovation/start up environment preferred) in a clinical setting  Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills  Ability to lead and align teams, and oversee direct reports effectively  Innovative problem-solving expertise
