Description : About the Team
The Recruiting Strategy & Operations team defines the recruiting operating rhythm and strategically supports Recruiting Leaders & Operators in our most critical business areas. DoorDash is in a period of hyper growth and recruiting is the engine that supports that growth. Recruiting Strategy & Operations is the central function responsible for the strategic decisions that drive recruiting globally. This is a new function for DoorDash and we are looking for pioneers who are comfortable with the autonomy and ambiguity to define their biggest opportunities for impact.

About the Role
We are hiring for a Recruiting Strategy & Operations Manager. In this role, you will be aligned to one of our most critical business areas and will be at the focal point of their headcount growth. You’ll be responsible for a variety of strategic initiatives including defining and tracking OKRs, creating new processes to improve recruiting efficiency, managing recruiter capacity planning, and defining the overall talent strategy for the business area. You will be responsible for defining, implementing and determining the success of these critical initiatives from conception through delivery. This role will be highly cross functional and will have frequent interaction with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with an affinity for building from scratch. Reporting to the Head of Recruiting Strategy and Operations, this is a high-impact position poised to support the DoorDash talent strategy during this chapter of high growth.

Develop strategic program objectives and comprehensive processes; you will drive the planning, lead stakeholder engagement & alignment, and assess risks and dependencies
Define quantitative and qualitative recruiting OKRs for the business area you support, work with Analytics and Finance to build this reporting, and share updates on progress to plan
Leverage data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of recruiting initiatives and programs
Work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders including senior business leaders and global recruiting leadership
Own and manage the annual budget, quarterly investment strategy and recruiting capacity for the business area you support
Requirements : We're excited about you because...
You’re able to engage with senior functional leaders across the business and influence their strategic thinking
You’re analytical and comfortable modeling data in Excel / Google Sheets
You have 4-6 years of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, finance or recruiting operations, preferably with experience at a high-growth consumer or enterprise technology company
You have exceptional project management skills, the ability to track and manage complex processes, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects
You have a demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
