Note: This role will afford remote/virtual office flexibility with travel to suburban Chicago once a month, limited travel (15/20%), continuing professional development, significant upside potential & the option to engage on short term Project Assignments in Europe, South America, Australia/New Zealand & Asia.

FUNCTIONAL OUTLINE:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify & evaluate key initiatives focused on delivering sustainable solutions to business challenges via the utilization of data analysis & advanced analytics
• Utilize data to analyze business performance, identify areas of opportunity & provide actionable insights to operational leadership & business teams
• Prepare presentation highlights for senior stakeholders to effectively communicate program progress, KPIs & financial metrics
• Collaborate in tracking projects from ideation to completion – developing/creating roadmaps & presenting detailed project plans
• Initiate & coordinate interaction with key stakeholders to resolve issues & clarify status updates
Requirements : PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
• Financial acumen – skilled at calculating cost benefit analysis & ROI to identify bottom-line savings
• Effective communicator & facilitator with strong analytical, decision making & presentation acumen
• Skilled at navigating large matrixed organizations, analyzing complex situations & negotiating the implementation of solutions to improve/enhance client service quality
• Well developed influencing skills with experience organizing, supervising & managing projects
• Results-orientation - takes initiative to identify areas to add value & executes accurately
• Self-motivated critical thinker with a keen interest in driving organizational change
• Experience in Insurance &/or Financial Service Operations, & Business Process Analysis
