We’re hiring in Corporate Strategy & Analysis (CS&A). Join a team of outside-the-box thinkers who bring advanced analytic and critical thinking to tackle the biggest challenges facing T-Mobile, and identify significant opportunities that will shape our growth trajectory. We are a team of collaborative, non-hierarchical problem solvers with deep relationships and influence throughout the organization. This is the team responsible for some of the most defining moves in the wireless industry – from Simple Global to Binge On to the Sprint merger – and will continue to play an integral part in our innovations to come.

What you’ll do in your role:
You will be a Sr. Manager in CS&A, a position that requires strategic and analytic thinking, the ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence executives, and an appetite for change and innovation. You will have the opportunity to:
Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to influence critical decisions and inspire change. Build relationships and work closely with key business leaders across the company to understand the challenges their businesses face.
Provide analytical perspectives. Tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems, requiring analysis beyond what’s necessary for day-to-day operations
Build impact. Translate analysis into meaningful business insights, oversee and build models, and create frameworks to empower leaders to make decisions
Synthesize findings. Translate insights and concepts to actionable recommendations
Craft a strategic story out of the numbers. Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
Mentor. Lead team members within CS&A and across the organization on projects while guiding professional development.
Requirements : The experience you’ll bring:
Structured thinker. You can frame and bring structure to large, complex, and ambiguous problems.
Problem solver. You can identify the key issues that impact business decisions and have excellent analytical skills to drive insights.
Disciplined project manager. You are always thinking a few steps ahead, laying out thoughtful and achievable project plans. You understand how to engage others and what information and data you need to achieve your goals.
Magenta team player. You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and want to bring that experience to the cutting edge of wireless. You are comfortable both leading team members and acting as an individual contributor.
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate or business unit strategy, or investment banking
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Track record demonstrating a high level of achievement

Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration or Master’s / PhD in Operations Research, Economics, Finance Statistics, or Mathematics or other quantitative fields
Familiarity with telecommunications, technology, retail, or consumer businesses
Clear communicator. You can synthesize analysis into succinct, executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications.
Independent doer. You desire a high level of responsibility and can work with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working in a high-intensity environment.
Change agent. You have both the empathy and communication skills necessary to drive collaboration, motivate and influence key business leaders and peers.
