Description : This role combines business savvy and analytical knowhow to drive high level, strategic changes across some of our largest sales segments. Your goal is to learn the intricacies of DocuSign’s sales and go to market motions in order to expedite growth and improve organizational efficiency. Through both high level strategy and nuts and bolts operations, you will develop strong relationships with DocuSign’s sales leaders. Example of initiatives you could help drive include increasing understanding of account potential to drive sales opportunity, maximizing pipeline efficiency, and analyzing key industries for additional investment. You will work cross functionally with strategic partners in Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, amongst others.

• Become a trusted advisor to DocuSign sales leadership
• Identify key opportunities for business improvement through combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense.
• Deliver actionable results / recommendations for the business
• Collaborate cross functionally to support investment decisions
• Become a subject matter expert in our sales data
• Assist with ad hoc asks
Requirements : Basic Qualifications
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of top-notch analytical track record from consulting or corporate analytical roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and ---PowerPoint

• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to distill large data sets into actionable insights that drive business value
• Ability to present data in a visual format and explain the insights clearly and concisely
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• MBA a plus
