Description : The Associate Vice President directs the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of assigned college-wide non-academic programs, initiatives and related functions including establishing and administering strategic operations for Human Resources and Business divisions. This position serves as a second in command for the Administrative Services area.
Requirements : Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education or field related to area of assignment and four years of progressively responsible management and/or leadership experience in field of assignment that includes two years of supervisory experience. Examples includes: program management, project management, budget development and management related to programs or projects, staff supervision, policy development, administration, evaluation and compliance.
OR
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in education or field related to area of assignment and six years of progressively responsible management and/or leadership experience in field of assignment that includes two years of supervisory experience. Examples includes: program management, project management, budget development and management related to programs or projects, staff supervision, policy development, administration, evaluation and compliance.

Desired Qualifications
• 5+ years of director or senior manager level experience managing direct and indirect reports of three or more exempt level professionals
• 3+ years experience leading one or more of the areas of responsibility ( Human Resources or Business Services/Finance)
• 2+ years experience directing the development and implementation of business unit operational plans and strategic goals
• 2+ years of experience leading budget development and management, including financial reporting
• 2+ years experience with financial and statistical analysis
• 2+ years experience in educational environment or public sector agency
• 2+ years experience leading across a multi-site environment
• 2+ years experience in Human Resources
