Description : Interface with the business to provide strategic consulting and guidance throughout key strategic initiatives.
Facilitate and lead the planning of strategic initiatives to achieve objectives. Proactively serve as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders. Work closely on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries.

Position Responsibilities:
• Business partner that works on true strategic initiatives
• Scenario planning around sensitive strategies
• Identify outcome probabilities to assist in building a strategic plan
• Provide visibility to senior leaders to assist organizational planning
• Communicate strategic goals and long-term views
• Ensure consistency in implementing the strategic planning process
• Actively engage senior leadership to assess various business areas, understand current and future problems, and provide solutions for how to transform the business
• Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities
• Provide competitive and industry analysis
• Manage one (or more) strategic projects
• Work closely with business leadership to set priorities based on business needs, resource capacity, risk exposure and interdependencies
• Ensure work efforts align with the funding
• Ensure projects stay aligned to the approved business case, CBA, and the committed timeline
• Manage and resolve prioritization conflicts, resource issues, scheduling issues, and exceptions
• Enforce project process standards and propose deviations based on needs
Requirements : • Strong, professional, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build effective partnerships and exhibit positive impact on business objectives
• Experience working with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong leadership, coaching and consulting skills
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to present written information and ideas in a clear, concise and organized manner
• Expert sense of understanding people along with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience in change and transition management
• BS in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience; MA preferred
• 3 or more years in strategic leadership, change management, and/or operations management
• PMP and/or Agile Certification preferred
