The Process Optimization Analyst is responsible for leading reengineering efforts in our key operations, with the goal of improving both operational and financial performance. The role will work closely with key stakeholders (Business Center Operations, Company leadership, and external partners) and serve as a catalyst for change.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver continuous improvement development and implementation for key business processes
• Support critical reengineering and diagnostic efforts throughout the business with the primary goal of improving both operations and financial performance
• Identify and develop solution strategies, utilizing diverse experiences and background
• Advise, influence and partner with Ford Credit leadership and key decision-makers to improve end-to-end process design and management
Requirements : Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in consulting, process reengineering, and/or change management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality tools and lean principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Deep analytical skills and ability to cut through complexities and identify high priority areas for improvements
• Demonstrate leadership through influence. Ability to collaborate across the organization
• Self-starter, capable of communicating across regions, and at all levels
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and proven track record in effectively achieving results in a cross functional or matrix environment
• Outstanding presentation skills required for external & senior management interaction
