As part of the Global Business Services function the Digital Transformation team will be responsible for developing and implementing LyondellBasell's Digital strategy. Digital will underpin the company's growth strategy and value creation across the entire value chain. Leveraging the power of many we are building out a global team and create a talent pipeline for digital skills and competencies, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and spearhead the prioritization of high-value yielding opportunities to build the next generation of commercial and operational capability.
As a member of the Digital Transformation Team, the Digital Transformation Consultant will partner with project teams applying agile methodology to fundamentally redesign experiences to create new sources of value, digitally reinvent operations for greater efficiency and transform processes through outcome-focused activities.

As part of your role you will:
• Develop tailor-made digital strategies, business model enhancements and roadmaps for various business functions
• Orchestrate the entire transformation process with all relevant stakeholders such as management, business functions and business segments
• Spearhead & coordinate cross-functional projects across the value chain to tackle challenges in areas of supply management, procurement, planning, inventory, product development, and manufacturing to enhance business performance, productivity, and long-term profitability
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects from inception, to requirements gathering, data aggregation & analysis and subsequent implementation of recommendations
• Design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of processes across the value chain
• Design sprints to develop ideas and prototypes to quickly validate approaches and hypotheses with stakeholders
• Conduct Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and stakeholder needs
• Provide agility to the project by applying lean startup methodology
Requirements : • Graduate degree
• Based on role minimum of 2 – 5 years professional experience in a relevant Consulting firm
• Excellent team collaboration skills, to include experience in dealing with multiple projects and multi-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
• Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings.
• Exceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results and trust
• Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with popular agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Lean)
