Description : As the Product Marketing Manager for Styling Tools you sit squarely between the end user, our Stylists, and our Strategy, Product, Engineering and Algorithms teams, working to ensure our tools and technology empower our Stylists to create great Client experiences. You will work across the product lifecycle as the voice of the user, from identifying and summarizing user needs and helping shape the product strategy to collecting and analyzing user feedback on new features. The Product Marketing Manager also works closely with Styling Field Operations to clearly define the positioning of new tools and features and drive adoption of new technology.

• Be the voice of Stylists to influence the product roadmap across all Styling Tech Products (e.g., Styling platform, Stylist metrics dashboard, people operations tools)
• Gather, summarize, and share feedback from Stylists on existing tools and processes
• Identify gaps in features and functionality required for Stylists to create positive Client experiences
• Leverage qualitative feedback and quantitative data to champion specific Stylist needs and pain-points to drive product improvements
• Continuously look for improvements and process efficiencies to streamline Styling’s workflow
• Support Styling product development and design by managing user research and pilots and bringing the voice of the user to the product development process
• Partner with Product and User Experience to conduct user research to understand Stylist use of proposed new product features and leverage learnings to inform product design
• Manage successful execution of Stylist-facing pilots of new tools and features, including crafting communication, managing logistics and collecting user feedback
• Own product positioning for Styling, articulating the value proposition of new Styling product features and tools to drive Stylist awareness and adoption
• Drive clear knowledge transfer to Styling Field Operations to ensure understanding and adoption of new product updates
• Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4-6 years of work experience in a highly cross-functional role. Prior Product Marketing, Product Management, Program Management or Field Operations experience a plus
• Are highly organized, detail and service oriented, and are able to manage multiple complex workstreams at the same time
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are able to present complex information clearly and concisely and have a strong ability to adapt communication for your audience, from Stylists to Engineers
• You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability
• Are passionate about technology and eager to drive adoption of tech tools
• Are continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback
• Possess a high level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment, often working cross functionally.
