Description : •Lead the corporate strategic planning process with the leadership team, product strategy, and finance and innovation teams.
•Coordinate the development of deliverables including strategic plan, capital plan, annual budget, annual product and innovation road map, and investment allocation.
•Identify priority initiatives required to effectively execute the organization’s strategy.
•Manage the implementation of projects including organization-wide improvement efforts.
•Manage an enterprise-wide, balanced scorecard to help leaders understand progress against the corporate strategy that includes analysis of trends and recommending actions to leadership.
Requirements : •Relevant degree preferred.
•7 or more years’ experience consulting, operations or strategic planning required.
•Experience in a role responsible for managing the execution of significant corporate-wide initiatives required.
•Management experience with a leading consultancy firm preferred
