Job Summary
The Strategy Analyst role will be focused on developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that proactively position the company for growth. Incumbents in this role will work with the leadership team to understand competitive strategies & market trends, identify short & long-term growth opportunities, analyze decisions, solve problems, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and the geopolitical environment to understand implications and recommend potential changes to the company’s corporate strategy.
• Serve as a creative and innovative thought-leader for the Company.
• Evaluate strategic decisions and new growth opportunities, and then collaborate across teams to manage the business case development process and associated projects to bring the ideas to market.
• Work with Finance teams to align investments and budgets to the corporate strategy.
• Support the department on all initiatives working across the enterprise to successfully execute the company’s strategic plans.
• Own review process for quarterly metrics aligned to the Strategy.
• Work with senior leaders to support executive communications, Board of Directors meetings, and Investor Relations initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements : Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 2-5 years' of experience in strong business analyst role. (preferably in management consulting or in-house corporate strategy teams).
• Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required.

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and forward-looking, creative thinker.
• Experience taking initiative to own projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills (advanced PowerPoint user).
• Research, problem-solving and data-driven analytical skills.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research.
• Ability to effectively convey critical information and influence decision making processes at all levels of the organization - from senior executives to front-line employees.
