Description : The Director, Marketing & Digital Strategy will be a hands-on strategic consultant to support the CMO/CDO with key digital and marketing initiatives. This role will work across the organization globally and assist new CMO/CDO with key initiatives, including multi-year strategic planning, holistic marketing investment analyses, omni-channel roadmap, and international digital commerce strategies.
Requirements : Lead long-range planning processes and develop multi-year strategic presentations for Digital and Marketing functions
• Support CMO/CDO on ad-hoc strategic initiatives, including marketing investment analyses, ecommerce strategic planning, and global commerce opportunities assessment
• Identify and analyze new business opportunities, outlining business case, KPIs, and work cross- functionally on key initiatives
• Provide in-depth market intelligence and competitive insights to inform and drive growth agenda for Tory Burch
• Manage projects from start to finish, including research, analysis and assessment, and recommendations and implementation
• Present research and findings to senior leadership & stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in top tier management consulting firm required, MBA preferred
• 5+ years of career experience
• Experience with strategic planning, market sizing, complex analysis, and program management
• Demonstrates ability to dive into detailed projects with a hypothesis-driven and analytical approach
and extract actionable recommendations
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across a global team and drive change management as
well as momentum behind key initiatives
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to synthesize information into
compelling executive presentations
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and is able to work under pressure efficiently
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing businesses preferred
