Description : Manager Tax Planning—
• Highly visible position with interaction with management of Company’s tax, finance, legal and treasury organizations
• Tax planning projects such as tax efficient group company restructurings and business restructurings
• Work on the filing, negotiation and compliance of Bilateral and Multilateral Advanced Pricing Agreements
• Perform tax due diligence and provide tax planning advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and investments
• Review of corporate documents, including intercompany contracts, in order to integrate international tax planning concepts and tax specific language
• Provide strategic analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, trial balances, etc. and the international components of the federal tax return such as Forms 5471 and 5472, in support of U.S. and foreign transfer pricing and tax planning projects
• Provide timely advice to the business units on transfer pricing matters in support of global tax structure
• Participate in establishing and recommending changes to policies which affect subsidiaries; interprets and administers company policies
Requirements : Qualifications:
• Degree (Accounting or Economics preferred) and CPA/MBA/MST/LLM or JD required
• Minimum of 5 years tax experience with significant M&A and Transfer Pricing exposure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research, planning and organizational skills
