Description : The Assistant Controller must an organized professional with a great eye for detail and must be able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively.

The goal is to contribute to keep the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard and ensure accurate financial reporting and control on a timely basis.
Requirements : • Assisting in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
• Support the design and implementation of effective internal controls over financial reporting
• Review the company’s accounting information on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
• Responsible for day to day activities for accounting operations, general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, treasury and payroll functions with a focus on internal controls and standardizing processes.
• Manage journal entries, invoices and reconcile Bank accounts and Customer & Vendor accounts
• Assisting with AP, AR, and payroll as needed
• Managing cash flow
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual budgets, budget variance reports, and forecasts
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual closing processes for domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring deadlines are met without exception
• Preparing comparative monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financials ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial results
• Prepare internal analyses to support’s internal and external reporting requirements
• Preparing reports for management to use.
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns with outside CPA firm.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor of Accounting Degree required (CPA preferred)
• Min 10 years of professional experience and prefer to have 2+ years’ working experience in Professional Services firm.
• Strong Quick Book skills
• Strong Analytical, writing and communication skill required
• Strong Microsoft office skills
