Description : This position is a part of the Strategy team within Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM) – a high profile internal consulting group that supports Wells Fargo’s Risk leadership on projects of critical importance to the bank’s senior management, Board of Directors and regulators. This role will work on various projects, lead workstreams and serve as a core team member for large SERM and cross-functional risk initiatives. Activities include data analysis, problem solving, developing workplans and creating impactful executive communications. The team works as a group and takes projects from inception up to implementation.
Requirements : Target Candidate profile:
• 2+ years of experience with a top-tier consulting firm
• 3-6 years of work experience; MBA highly desirable
• Proven skills in analysis, solution generation, thought leadership and change management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with and influence colleagues and partners at all levels of leadership. Outstanding MS Office skills required.
• Financial Services and Risk Management experience helpful but not necessary
