Description : Exemplary Projects and Responsibilities
• Co-leading/provide significant contribution to high potential & business model innovation projects
• Spearhead & coordinate cross-functional project deliverables, with ability to "quarterback" major initiatives in areas such as sales organization design/implementation & related KPIs , operational finance (e.g. business plan forecasting), product design & planning, business development & partnerships, pricing, customer support operations, etc.
• Work with multiple company stakeholders to coordinate a project from inception, to requirements gathering, data aggregation & analysis and subsequent implementation of recommendations
• Provide agility to the project by applying lean startup methodology in collaboration with Aldrich’s six sigma team
• Establish, implement and manage key relationships (internally & externally) to ensure mutually beneficial execution of our partnerships
• Creatively modelling scenarios for new business models to guide strategic decision-making on deal structuring, sales & marketing resource allocation, operating activities, and new product initiatives
• Occasionally supporting Portfolio Company major account sales teams with tailored client development proposals
• Help to develop effective corporate messaging & positioning that is consistent with our core value proposition to enhance customer acquisition
• Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of annual operating plan, budget and KPIs
• Work closely with product, marketing, customer experience, and sales teams to identify potential partners to enhance distribution
• Develop an investor/innovation-board presentation and ensure stakeholders are aware of the progress of the project
• Assess success/failure and make recommendations to continue, park or kill a project
Requirements : • 4-8 years of experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy/internal consulting group
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree from a top university and an outstanding academic track record; MBA preferred but not a requirement
• Process-oriented with analytical horsepower and a master of execution
• Self-reliant and “hands-on” enough to be able to use financial modeling tools/Excel & Powerpoint to build own financial/operational analyses, models and presentations
• Self-motivated and driven with impressive energy and tenacity
• Desire and willingness to take initiative and work in an entrepreneurial environment
• High degree of maturity and comfort working closely with management teams
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to effectively collaborate with different levels of employees & management in portfolio companies
• Intellectual curiosity and sound commercial judgement
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and dedication to the firm’s success
